The reading was followed by a discussion with Martina Bergmann, Managing Director of the Frankfurt Trade Fair for Media and Service, and the design and architecture journalist Martina Metzer.<br \/><br \/>The setting for the first Design Talk of the year, part of a series of talks organized by the German Design Council in cooperation with the Hessian Ministry of Economics, Energy, Transport and Housing, could not have been more appropriate. At the Frankfurt Book Fair, people met in the newly relocated library of the German Design Council, which is now housed in the Messe Frankfurt archives. While we humans can only accumulate a very limited amount of knowledge through reading and expertise, Artificial Intelligence is clearly superior to us because of its far larger database. Or so it seems. Yet Artificial Intelligence is still limited when it comes to intuition. But research and development is also being done in this area. One thing is certain: Artificial Intelligence will soon be a part of everyday life.
